CHM provides housing services for some of the largest and fastest growing shows in the country and has the technology and demonstrated ability to handle housing for a wide range of clients, from small conferences to high profile trade shows that book up to 15,000 rooms peak night.
CHM is a San Jose, California Corporation founded in 1987 by Chris Mole, the President and CEO. Prior to starting CHM, Chris spent 15 years as the director of marketing communications for high technology and health care companies in Silicon Valley. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing trade shows and incentive programs in venues throughout the US and internationally. Many of these events involved booking and managing large room blocks for company VIPs, booth personnel and top customers.
This experience became the impetus for starting a housing company with the goal of providing exhibitors and attendees a positive housing experience and top rate professional service throughout the process. As we continue to expand the capabilities of our online reservation system, we balance technological expertise with the personalized assistance our staff has always delivered.
We’ve grown from a small staff handling 7,000 rooms on peak night to over 200,000 room nights annually. Our commitment to maintaining and increasing the level of services and technologies offered in response to the complex needs of exhibitors and attendees has played a large part in our continued success and long-standing client relationships.
