We also staff a full service in-house call center to handle reservations and customer service.

Our team of trained professionals is familiar with each client’s housing requirements, hotel properties, ground transportation options, and visitor attractions in the event venue. A special team is assigned to service your needs and keep you up to date on all details relating to housing for your event. Beginning to end.
An account manager is assigned as your day-to-day contact to provide support in contract negotiations and monitor contract details, oversee staff housing, speaker requirements, VIP handling, and special report requirements. The account manager will perform site inspections of the hotels in the block, oversee all planning operations schedules, event timelines, and reporting schedules, and assist in analyzing pick-up patterns and pacing reports.
CHM’s director of housing and a housing coordinator handle inventory management, the set up and management of CHM’s web-based reservation site, and operational oversight of your account. Rounding out the team is a contract coordinator, suite coordinator, and quality control supervisor.
